Please send your DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent at the following email address. We will respond to valid DMCA notices as quickly as possible, typically within 24-48 hours of receipt.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. We recommend consulting with an attorney before filing a DMCA notice if you are uncertain about whether the content in question infringes your copyright.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice that complies with the requirements outlined above, RyuuGames will take the following actions:
We will promptly investigate the claim and review the allegedly infringing material. If we determine that the material is indeed infringing, or if we are unable to determine whether the material is authorized, we will remove or disable access to the material in question.
We will make a good faith effort to contact the user who posted the material and inform them that we have removed or disabled access to the material. If applicable, we will provide the user with a copy of your DMCA notice.
RyuuGames reserves the right to remove any content from our website at our sole discretion, whether or not it is subject to a DMCA notice. We also reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. A counter-notification is the proper method for disputing the removal of material pursuant to a DMCA notice.
To file a counter-notification with us, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following information:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Los Angeles County, California if your address is outside of the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Please send your counter-notification to our Copyright Agent at info.ryuugames@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notification."
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. That party will then have 10 business days to notify us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material.
If we do not receive such notification within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it. However, we are not obligated to do so and reserve the right to make the final determination on whether to restore any removed content.

RyuuGames acts as a platform that provides links to visual novel games hosted on third-party file hosting services. We do not host, store, or control the files available through these links. We provide download links and information about games, but we do not create, own, or distribute the games themselves.
When we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will remove the links to the allegedly infringing content from our website. However, we cannot control or remove the actual files from third-party hosting services. If you wish to have files removed from file hosting services, you may need to contact those services directly with separate DMCA notices.
We cooperate fully with copyright owners and their agents in addressing copyright infringement concerns. Our goal is to maintain a platform that respects intellectual property rights while providing access to visual novel games for our users.
